![]() ![]() I did get to use the $10 code for signing back up, and it only costed me $10 to re subscribe because of some promo. I reupped the day after Christmas and didn't get to use my $5 code anymore. This has worked since they added the $5 a month certificate to Pro Memberships. And when it is discovered, things get corrected QUICK. The point is, in retail managers can and will do what they need to look good, and a lot of times those things can just pass under the radar. Now that managers ass is being lit up because one particular person found out and told another particular person. Turns out they were marking all orders as filled(despite not having the merchandise) and then making customers come into the store for their money back for the items they fake filled). He kept taking credit and saying how hard they work till fill those orders without declining online orders. And nobody at corporate ever noticed that manager had those numbers because he was cheating. In my particular place of business, we have a store in our district that had an incredible online order fill rate. They will keep the positive numbers rolling, despite not being aware of the negative impacts it has on their stores overall. Managers will do some shadey shit to make their metrics look good, and they absolutely WILL NOT tell higher ups about it. A store manager/employee saying shit and advertising loop holes to meet their metrics doesn’t mean the company as a whole wants or supports that and it’s very clear that they don’t since it’s now been cut off just a month after it made the rounds on the internet.
